Cheese is a nutritious dairy product made from coagulated milk (cow, goat, sheep, etc.) by separating curds from whey, then pressing, salting, and aging to develop diverse flavors, textures, and forms, offering protein, fat, calcium, vitamins, and minerals, with thousands of varieties worldwide existing from simple fresh cheeses to complex aged types. 


Milk powder is dried milk, made by evaporating water from milk (whole, skim, or buttermilk) via spray-drying, creating a shelf-stable, nutrient-rich product (protein, calcium, vitamins) ideal for long storage, travel, and diverse cooking, offering convenience and cost-effectiveness over liquid milk. Key types include whole, skim, and buttermilk powder, each varying in fat, calories, and specific uses, from baking to protein supplements. 

Ghee in English is called clarified butter, which is butter heated to remove water and milk solids, leaving pure golden butterfat with a nutty flavor, used widely in South Asian cooking, Ayurveda, and rituals for frying, flavoring, and spiritual purposes.  

Paneer is a fresh, non-melting Indian cheese made by curdling hot milk (cow or buffalo) with an acid like lemon juice or vinegar, resulting in a soft, mild, protein-rich block used extensively in South Asian vegetarian cuisine for curries (like Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer), snacks, and gravies because it holds shape and absorbs flavors well. 


Butter is a rich, fat-based dairy product made by churning cream, forming a water-in-oil emulsion with over 80% milkfat, used as a spread, cooking fat, and baking ingredient, providing fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2) and healthy fats, though high in calories.
